The area

Binifadet
BINIFADET is an older, more spacious part of San Luis, lying just to the north and west of the village centre. Whilst housing in the middle of the village is packed tightly, Binifadet offers a little more room to breathe.
San Luis
SAN LUIS can be seen on Google Maps here. Just a short walk away, the village offers a wide range of bars, restaurants, banks and local shops along with all the other facilities one might expect.
Nearby there is a large supermarket, a horse racing track (open for trotting races on Saturday evenings in summer and Sunday mornings in winter) and a flying club. There is an established and growing English-speaking population based in the area.
Menorca
MENORCA, also known as Minorca, is one of the Balearic Islands (Illes Balears is the Catalan name, Islas Baleares in Spanish) in the Mediterranean. It has a population of some 70,000. Wikipedia has more background information on Menorca.
There is also plenty of information about the island in the book Minorca by David Wilson Taylor, which has now been published online as a free e-book.
The Balearic Islands are part of Spain and the main language spoken in Menorca is Spanish. The currency is the Euro. Electricity is supplied via standard European-style plugs and sockets and is 220 volts. Local time is GMT +2.
Weather

MENORCA enjoys a classic Mediterranean climate; warm (but not too hot) summers and mild winters. The temperature rarely falls below zero. Monthly average highs, lows and rainfall figures can be found here, and there’s lots more information at Weather Underground.
Binifadet 14 is offered for sale at EUR 490,000. To arrange a viewing please contact the vendor.
